We welcome all enquiries and will do our best to meet your requirements. Around twenty organisations already use the hall for regular activities such as fitness, dog training, and music. We also host about seventy one-off bookings each year for parties, meetings, and community events.
Regular Bookings
We encourage regular use of the hall by clubs, organisations, and businesses. Discounted hire charges are available (see Discounted Charges).

Single Bookings
The hall is here for community and social activities. To protect the facilities, we cannot accept:
Parties for children over 11
Parties for ages 16 to 21

Liability: Hire is at your own risk; the hall is not liable for accidents, loss, or damage. Use of bouncy castles or outside equipment needs approval.

Completing Your Booking
We will send: booking details, conditions of hire, and payment instructions.
You need to: confirm details, provide personal data, agree to conditions, and make payment.
Once received, we’ll send confirmation.
Before Your Event
We will contact you to arrange access, provide a hall briefing, and confirm any licensing requirements.
