Effective Dates: 1 April 2024 – 31 March 2025

We offer discounts on our standard room hire charges to organisations that the Trustee Board considers meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • Activities run by a charity registered with the Charity Commission.

  • Recognised local non-commercial organisations, including (but not limited to):
    Cadillac Country, Findon Downs Dog Training Club, Parkinson’s UK, Pudding Club, Sugar & Spice, Temporary Measured Morris Dancers, Village Quilters, Women of Washington.

  • Any organisation providing an income to the Village Hall of at least £500 (at standard rates) in any financial year.

Meetings of special concern to the general public may be provided with a room free of charge, subject to approval by the Trustee Board on a case-by-case basis and at the Trustee Board’s sole discretion.
