As a matter of policy, the Trustee Board reviews and agrees the hire charges for the following year in the last quarter of each year.

Discounted room hire charges are available to organisations meeting certain criteria. Details of these are set out separately under Discounted Charges.

Room Hire

  • Charges are based on the time of booking.

  • Bookings are made in half-hour increments, starting on the hour or half-hour.

What’s Included in the Hire Charge

Included:

  • Use of tables and chairs

  • Use of the relevant kitchen

  • Use of cups, plates, and cutlery (by prior arrangement)

  • Heating and lighting

Not included:

  • Tea towels or hand towels in the kitchens

  • Tablecloths

  • Saucepans & oven pans

  • Cutlery (unless pre-ordered)

Equipment Hire

Lecture Equipment

The following items can be hired with a room booking:

  • Lectern and light – Free

  • Flip chart and pens – £5.00 per session

  • Projector screen and projector table – £5.00 per session

  • Projector – £25.00 per session

Other Equipment

  • Tables and chairs are not available for hire except when booked with a room.

Parish Council Facilities

Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA)

  • Charges: Variable cost based on usage

  • May be booked in conjunction with a room hire.

Recreation Ground

  • Charges: Variable cost based on usage

  • May be booked in conjunction with a room hire.
